will rainbow appear in winter?

Most definitely feeling the cool air these days. My husband still uses the air con at night and I freeze - I end up waking up in the middle of the night and turning it off or sleeping with an extra duvet. It has been pretty cold around here at night already and in the low 60's as a high in the day. We all had to have a group photo taken yesterday, and even in our "winter uniform" long sleeves.. we were all freezing and our noses were running.

i guess so. i could not remember i had seen it in winter or other seasons but in southern hemisphere, south of equator, say australia, winter is the rainy season, there is a reason to believe that it is possible rainbow appears in winter.
