BLACK - too many people wearing that these days?

talking a bout 'man in black' lol its usefull for you when you wearing another color. you can be a centre of the view! you will notice and promoted by your bos, you are different and special. Am i right?

Yeah, black is one of my favourites colours as it is very easy to match with any other colour and make me look smart, good and elegant. LOL Whenever I buy skirts, I will go for black first, then dark brown and grey. But I don’t like to wear all black to work unless it is a black dress, as I will look too formal. So I will wear any top in white, light green, pink and brown etc. to go with the black skirt. Though I like black skirt, I would like to choose different styles with the front cut, back cut or side cut and so on to make myself look more fashion and casual.

I love black! Black goes with everything. Most of the clothes in my closet are black. I love black because it can be used for anything and everything. I do not see it as boring at all. I am a geek and a comic book fan, and as such my friends and I wear black constantly. We just love to wear black. I am not a "Girly Girl", and thus, you will never see me in pink. Some pink make-up maybe, but I will never wear a pink shirt or a dress. That is another thing with me. I hate dresses and skirts. I only wear dresses and skirts in cosplay or for a special occasion.

My wardrobe consists of mostly black, but the reason for this is that is all we can wear at work so that is what I mostly buy.I do like to wear bright colors outside of work but a lot of times I choose black to go with them. I have so many black clothes to pick from.

I used to wear a lot of black, especially to work. A friend once told me it made my skin tone look realy nice, so I figured, "Hey, this is a good color for me". And you are right, it makes accessorizing much easier. But lately I have taken more to wearing browns and grays. They are still neutral colors that are easy to match with, and they are still easy to find in professional clothes. But they aren't as stark as black can be. It must be going ok, becuase someone commented how nice brown looks on me (I have dark brown eyes, and dark brown hair). Most of my closet is more neutral colors anyway....black, rown, gray, navy blue and dark green.

Hot..hot..hot!Wearing black clothes is too hot in the sun,especially in summer. By the way, I do not like black.

No I dont think its boring at all. I do alot of black. And I think it looks quite nice. Sometimes I wear all black and sometimes I will wear just a black shirt. Which I have alot of them.LOL The only problem with black is keeping it that color. I must get some woolite dark. Thats great stuff.

i wear black because it makes me look slim/thin... this is one of the reason why many people wears black... ;-D

I am a black based dresser and always have been. Black is my favorite colour. It may seem boring to some but that doesn't bother me as I will still wear black no matter what. My wardrobe is full of dark colors and only recently have I bought brighter colored tops and shirts like pink, red, and green just to add some color.

I don't have an office job or anything so I don't have to worry about dressing nice if I don't want to. I have some black pieces, I just bought a black shirt the other day, but I only bought it in black because the other color they had it in (green) looked funny on me and the black looked much cuter. I almost never wear black. I have a couple black tops and two pairs of black pants. If I wear a black top or bottom, I don't wear black on the other half. It's too much black for me.

hi there! ;0 i am skinny and i still have the color black in my closet not because i want to look even slimmer but because i think that black is a classic color and it goes well with other colors. :)

i guess so? black is a classic and elegant colour and it's easy to match anything with black. i don't personally like black because i'm more into bright and vibrant colours, lol. so most of the time i'm not in black. i do have some black clothes and black accessories like shoes and bags.

Most of the time I wear black or other dark colors (generally earth tones such as gray, brown, blue, or green). Actually, when I really reevaluate my wardrobe, I don't seem to have any bright, 'cheerful' colored clothing. I don't like bright, vivid colors; I think they're childish and not too fashionable. Personally, I don't see anything wrong with people predominantly wearing black. I think it's classy and sophisticated, and it goes very well with jewelery. Black attire can also be professional, or it can be clubbing material. It seems very mature to me; I imagine children wearing bright colors like orange, yellow, etc, where as adults in my mind should stick with the darker colors. That's just my way of seeing things, though.

yes you are right! so many persons like to wear black and perhaps the reason behind this is that it makes you look slimmer. and it's really strange that when skinny girls want to look skinnier. no i am not a black based dresser previously i had had many black dresses but thank God now i different colors too in my wardrobe!:)i like brown and yellow colors.

Sometimes it's because of people's personality, or it could be that they have their reasons they wear black. To me, I LOVE wearing the color black. It fits me perfectly, although black catches the heat in summer. It's my favorite color next to red, and wearing black makes me feel good. It speaks of my personality, although i'm NOT an "emo kid". It feels so comfortable wearing black because almost no visible stains show up. It also says that i'm serious.

I find black quite decent if not appealing smart. If you take a poll at shenton way, I can bet many wear black because it makes them look slimmer. The other reason is that is makes one look more professional. Wearing a black jacket projects power instead of red. I too prefer black and always get the disapproval of the old folks at home. So most of the times, it is only black bottom for me. Somehow they are acceptable with black bottom but not tops.

I wear black. I always have. It's easy and it goes with everything. Unfortunately I have a gray cat and he sheds like a maniac and you can see it ALL on my black clothes. I also just think black is classy and looks nice. I'm all about the classy look. I don't do white cause it gets dirty too easy. and I'm pretty messy ha ha. I don't think it's boring and I don't think there is anything at all wrong with wearing black personally.

I don't think so, it is a great color and looks good on a lot of people, why wouldn't someone want to wear it.

i am one person who is very neutral when it comes to wearing anyhting BLACK. . . although i got different colored tops but i prefer more blouses or t-shirts in BLACK! maybe because BLACK goes / or complements with any other colored pants and accessories. . i feel comfortable and sexy wearing anything BLACK including undies and bra . . .

A black and red dresser. I find it sexy as hell! Especially short mini black shirts~ But yeah, I do notice heaps of people wearing black... so common!
