how can you handle the relationship with your workmate?
i think it will be a problem for everyone who work in the very begining~
do you have some way or method to share with me and give me some suggestion~

I don't get too personal with my coworkers. I am friendly with them but I am not friends with them. We get along but I just don't share a lot of my personal life with them. I have seen bad situations occur at work when people are friends and something happens and it turns bad. I don't like gossips and it seems every work place has them so my policy is to be nice but don't get too personal. I have socialized with coworkers like maybe going to a BBQ or a birthday party outside of work. My thing is to be friendly but not too familiar.
