Shipping of a pet to the US irgin Islands

I am in tghe process of purchasing a puppy from anypets.com, and was informed that shipment of the said puppy was not allowed. I am requesting of you to advise me whether or not this true. Thank you.

There could be a number of reasons why you can't have a pet shipped. Sometimes it's the breed of the animal and sometimes it's just health regulations. I know some countries have quarentine times for shipped animals so the chances are it's true, you can't have the animal shipped.
