i LOVE hockey!!! i love 2 watch, play, and talk about my fav. teams. i love TML and the Oilers. join this discussion and tell me all about your fav team and players. how often do u go 2 games? do u play hockey? do u wish that u could be a hockey star? thanx in advance and have fun, fellow hockey fans!

I don't play, but I've been a pretty big hockey fan since the Sharks came into the league in 1991, when I was only 8 years old. I go to about 5 games a year; I would love to go to more but it usually isn't possible cause of work schedules and whatnot.
As far as teams, I love the Sharks obviously. I have a few players that I love to watch. I am a defense/goalie fan, so I like good blue liners and tenders. Of course there's guys on my favorite team like Joe Thornton and Jonathan Cheechoo, but I like guys like Nikolas Lidstrom, Scott Neidermeyer, Martin Brodeur... defense has always been an aspect of the game I love.

hey thrwbckjay67! that is awesome that u replied! thanx a lot. i just posted this 2day. my fav. position in hockey is defense as well. goal position rocks. i think that the goalies look so cute with their face masks and pads.(lol) i also like Brodeur...hes pretty good. yup, Canada sure goes crazy over hockey and im proud 2 say that im one of those crazy people! (u should see me at play off time!!!) :) have a good one!

hey! thanks for posting! that is great that u r an advid hockey fan. my favorite position in hockey is defense as well. i also like goalie and think that the goalies look cute with their face masks and pads!lol! i like Brodeur as well because hes a pretty good player and all that. anyway, thanks again and have a good one!
