Okay your post was very confusing and wraught with errors.
Are you talking about stocks or Market Makers?
If stocks:
Use Investopedia.com and watch "Mad Money" on CNBC weekdays at 6pm.
If your talking about Market Makers, I can't really help ya.

Hi :
If you're referring to stock market makers they are earning money from the differences between the spread (ie. bid & ask price) of the stocks they have created the market/liquidity. They also earn commissions when they buy/sell shares for clients like hedge funds owners and institutions.
As for retail investors like us, we have a tougher start because we have to start from scratch with knowledge about how the stock market works and to choose a suitable trading technique which suit our trading style. This would be followed by building your experiences of the stock market as you participate in real trading and learning the lessons along the journey.
It's tough but it doesn't mean we can't make it, just take things slow & steady. Never ever treat the stock market as a place where you can get easy money. Many professional traders take years to finally find a trading system which they're comfortable with and could fetch them more consistent profits.
Yours Truly,
