Ok so there is always a pressing issue of global warming and the uk government are always goin on about it, how we can all help more by doing this that and the other for instance Solar power : yeah great for anyone who can offord to buy the pannels and have them fitted Wind power : again great for anyone who can offrd it recycling : great idea but why aren't our councils giving us new bins to sort our rubish out into instead of green bags which blow over and which animals pull over and empty all over the place. For us we would love to try to be a little greener and would have solar pannels if we could offord them and wind power and we would recycle if the councils gave us the bins to sort our rubish into but we can't offord the solar or wind power. Would you be greener if our government would put out some kind of helping scheme to help us do these things

I am not convinced of the whole global warming theory - and it is only a theory - but I do believe we should do everything we can to protect our environment and look after the world in which we live. We have a solar hot water system and we recycle everything our recycling plant can handle. I use as little paper as possible - or maybe I should say I waste as little paper as possible, but I admit to using a lot. Our government does subsidise the installation of solar systems, the installation of rain water tanks, water saving controls on taps, toilets etc and changing to eco tubes to save power.
