3D Problem

I download a lot of games to play on my desktop. I have been getting a message saying: unable to initialize D3D or 3D. Anyone else have this problem or can tell me what they know about it.

it maybe b'cos ur memory is low or ur video ram is not sufficient enugh to run the game.
