Does anyone know if there are health risks to drinking approx 2L of diet pepsi a day? I've been sick to my stomach for a while and wondering if that would cause it

Well, when drinking sodas the acid can eat away the lining of your stomach if you drink too much. There is also other problems that deal with soda. You gain a lot of weight because your body can't process the sugars in the soda. You actually become dehydrated when drinking sodas because your body can't absorb the liquid. So I'd advise drinking water instead of soda.

I have seen a report that stated even if you drink one can of pop a day, diet or otherwise it increases your risk of developping health problems. The soft drink manufacturers deny this. Try to replace the pop with water. I fill up a big jug of water, let is stand for a while to get some of the chlorine to evaporate, slice up a couple of lemon or orange slices, put it in the jug. Refrigerate. Put some ice cubes in a glass and drink the cold water. After a few days you will feel so much better. http://news.independent.co.uk/health/article2586652.ece
