To All Of My Friends....

I just want to let you know that I might not be on a whole lot over the next several days. It's nothing major. But my eye doctor kept my glasses to send to the lab so that the lenses could be upgraded and I do not have a second pair except for my prescription sunglasses. It's really difficult to see the screen on my computer because they are really dark. I will try to answer a few discussions here and there though. It's really hard for me to see the screen clearly and I get really bad headaches if I stay on for too long. I've already got over 300 notifications in my inbox to answer....I'm NEVER going to get caught up at this rate! LOL So I am giving a heartfelt apology to all of you. I am not neglecting you, I promise. I just can't SEE! LOL Thank you all. Hopefully I will be back on a lot more by the end of next week. Hugs to all of you.

We'll miss you but it's better for you to take care of your eyes. You can always respond to discussions once you have your glasses back. Take care of yourself and we'll talk to you in a few days.

I wish you the best, and will look forward to the day that you can see again. Now, take good care of yourself, and be careful where you go, and don't go anywhere that you can't see clearly. By the way, I'm extremely near sighted, and I can't see far away, so I wear my glasses when I drive. I think we have opposite vision, too bad we can't share. lol

Do you trust your hubby to pick you up, after the errand? I don't mine, he used to drop me off places, and didn't always come back to pick me up. Me and the kids had to walk home from the store, pushing a cart full of groceries once. Boy, was I mad!!!

Oh, now that bites! My hubby is really good about waiting for me during errands. Now, my first hubby....that's a totally different story. He did the same to me that yours does to you. Believe me, when I would get home, he definitely was in for it! LOL

I suggest that you do not respond or write Emails as you might write the wrong thing so it is safer to stay of you know you are as bad as me a Blond lol

LOL! I am trying to be careful. But considering that now I am blind and blonde, it's going to be tough. I'll be on for a little bit each day...you know how stubborn I am about things like this. I just can't stay away. But I promise that I won't overdo things. Love and hugs.

O Dear Friend! Your responsible behavior really made me feel that I have added such friends who are good enough and considerate to others. Thanks for information and there is nothing to be worried about, I hope all of the firends would really admit your contribution here. Sure, just go ahead and leave us here, all alone with nobody to talk too!!!*laughing*.. I would loan you mine, but I am too darn stubborn to go get a pair..LOL.. I can't stand anything touching my face..I hope that your new glasses get you back in the swing of things..I will miss you very much...NOT...just kidding...gotcha, didn't I..LOL..hurry back..

I hope you get your glasses back soon. I know what it is like to not have them. I broke mine once and it took a few days to get them fixed. I just about went insane. Don't worry about catching up.

Thanks for letting us know and please don't worry...just do what you can when you are able. I'm pretty sure all of us at some stage will get behind for some reason and I often think I should skip a response so as not to add any extra burden but I also think if a friend is courteous enough to offer an explaination why they're not active for a while it's only courtesy to respond....i have way too many inactive friends and I don't know what's become of them. So, thanks for letting us know and don't worry. Hope you get your glasses soon and don't get too many headaches.

Thank you so much my dear friend. I just don't like making my friends feel as if I am neglecting them....I don't like feeling that way myself. I'm still waiting for the call from the doc saying my glasses are ready. When that call comes, you can bet I will be there FAST! LOL

I have a pair of prescription sunglasses as well but I can still see inside with them. They tend to lighten up a lil when I come in and go completely dark when out in the sun. Funny thing is, they aren't supposed to do that. lol Just one shade is all. Anyways, hope you get your glasses back soon so you can hit the inbox.

No problem there Katlady...I'm just about blind as a bat too--LOL I have astigmatism --I can't see far away without glasses, not even the computer screen, but can't see things close up with them on...such a nuisance if I'm typing from a page or book...I'm way behind in a lot of things too, uh, well, does one ever get caught up??

Well, well, well,...guess I'm going to be your only true friend and say that I'm not sorry at all that you are blind. You see, I'm back home and can hear the humming coming from your cameras. So I know they are still there and you can't see what's going on. That must be torture to you. I think I will do all my really dumb stuff this weekend and you will miss it all....LOL...I have been missing all my friends here when I was on vacation. I guess all I can say to you is.....CAN YOU SEE ME NOW????...LOL
