Torchwood, love the thought or hate it?

Ok, for those of us who love Doctor Who, I've just seen a commercial for a new show coming out (may not be so new to you folks in the UK, but for me, yes.. not even out yet). Anyway... I recall Torchwood being the "big bad wolf" on the last season, being the constant nemesis of Rose and the Doctor. I came to sort of think of them as a bad guy type organization. Now, I wonder after having seen this commercial.
Has anyone seen it? Or do you want to? Your thoughts?

I downloaded it from the internet last season and thought it was amazing. The group is so much fun and it is very exciting. A total different vibe than Dr Who. Since there are more people in the "club", the interpersonal relationships are more complex. I absolutely love Captain Jack. I can't wait for the new season.
As for the big bad wolf part, there are different sections of the Torchwood, I think on several different continents. The Torchwood in Cardiff is one of the good ones, not corrupted by power yet.

I went to the offical BBC Dr. Who web page and I loved it. It had downloadable photos, it had a link to the stories. It even had games to play I did not play any but they sounded fun. You should go sometime.
