Problems with bux.to

I am a member of bux.to and I like ethe program. But I have a problem with it and I am wondering if I am not the only one... I click an ad and let the timer finish. Once the timer is done I close the window and I come back to bux.to. The problem is that the ad I just clicked didn't get underlined after I hit refresh button on IE and also it has not been credited. I always find myself doing this dance many times before it starts to take into account the clicks. So instead of getting paid 1 cent per ad, I am getting 1/4 cents per ad as I need to click the same ad at least 4 times before it starts to get credited... Am I the only one that has this trouble? Is there a way to solve this problem?
