Today when I logged on to mylot,I noticed that the number in my star has changed.It used to be '9' but its '10' now.I suppose its something good but I dont exactly know what happened,since I havent been here for a long time.So my dear friends,could you tell me what it means? Thanks!

Congratulations! It means that you are a great
contributor to Mylot! The star is bases on Mylot member ratings you have been rated high thus receiving the blue (10). Ten is the highest you can go and one is the lowest, congratulations again!

Yes,at first I thought its impossible but I am sure I didint make mistake cause I saw this user's profile in detail.And 'he' or 'she' is from the UK and joined mylot 9 months ago:-)

Congradulations monicazhang,
What this means is that you are rated the highest one can get on mylot. The blue 10 star is the highest rating.
The star by your name is your user rating or your mylot reputation a blue 10 star is the highest rating you can get.
When you post or respond there are boxes underneath or beside you a + for people to rate you positive a - for people to rate you negative and a! for people to report if you have broke the guidelines. You must have received alot of pluses lately as your star went up.
I always rate a postivie or nothing at all.

Thanks udderones!I do the same--I always rate a positive or nothing.I think most mylotters are friendly here and I am happy to meet them.
