Do you ever have any of your hair waxed?

I always got my eyebrows waxed when I was in cosmetology school and when I worked in salons. It was really just a light clean up, and it never really bothered me. That might be because my eyebrows are naturally shaped nice. I don't think I've ever had more than 10 hairs removed when waxing my eyebrows. Even when I didn't do anything to my eyebrows while I was pregnant, one of my friends at my job then wanted me to do her eyebrows just like mine. I thought it was funny since mine hadn't been done for a while. Now I just tweeze them myself if I see any strays. As for waxing anything else...I don't think I could do it. I waxed my best friend's lip once because she was freaking out over a few hairs. It was red for a long time, and she about cried. I don't think I would ever be able to try something like that. I've heard it's even worse to do it anywhere else. NO thanks.

I have done the waxing thing on my brows but it hurt too much and left big red lines and I got a rash so I don't bother doing it again. I rather ever pluck them either cause it makes me cry and sneeze and I get the red line. I couldn't imagine how models and other women do bikini waxings. Ouch! Vicki

Hey. I never experienced waxing anything on my body, but I have accidently spilt wax from a candle on my foot, which was minor pain, but to have my hair, I would think it too painful... I will stick to the tweezers lol...

I would never go to a salon or anyhting to have my eyebrows done just because I don't like other people touching my face. I have considered waxing before but I pluck instead because I can't stand how the little hairs looking growing back and you have to wait until your eyebrows are half grown in again for wax to work right.
