Do you have a wireless mouse for your computer, or a regular mouse with a wire?

I have a wireless mouse, and I love it. I once had a wired mouse, but the wire just kept getting in my way, and I used to have to move objects (such as my drink or ashtray) out of my way in order to move the mouse around. I bought a laptop wireless mouse first, but it was too snall for me. Now I have a regular sized wireless mouse that I bought off ebay. The only downside is I have to buy batteries for it, but I think it is well worth it. It's really great! What kind of mouse do you have for your computer. Do you enjoy it?

hey i have got both of them.for my desktop computer i use the wired optical mouse.for my notebook i am using HP's bluetooth pc card mouse.it provides 10 hours of continuous battery life and charges while on the notebook.so that is best for my notebook.but it tends to skip and jump quite a bit.but its ok i love it. and recently i bought a logitech MX900 bluetooth optical mouse.it works well with both my laptop and desktop.but the problem is it doesn't have a on/off switch.so it can cause the battery to run out when you are in the middle of something.but we can better take care of it when we are getting so much convenience.

and i came to know about a battery free mouse that works on RF wireless technology and doesn't need a battery.its called NB-57D battery free wireless optical mouse by A4Tech.i haven't used it yet.but if doesn't need a battery then it would be the ultimate.

hello jennifer21, I'm also like you, sometimes ago I also change my ordinary mouse to wireless mouse and I also love it, at first, but latter, there is several problem follow this wireless mouse, starting from batteries problem, interfere with my other bluetooth devices, etc, so I switch my mouse back to my ordinary mouse again, better than get some "little" problem like that, makes me more headache.

I use one with a wire because wireless always malfunction for me or something blocks the way of it from connecting with the computer and it is just a hassle.

The mouse is in the laptop itself and it took forever for me to get used to it,I was so used to the Desktop separate (not wireless) mouse.

I once was about to get myself a wireless mouse but then I scrapped the idea when I found out that the wireless mouse runs on battery and the battery needs to be recharged from time to time. I found that to be the major reason for me to not use the wireless mouse. Does this apply to you as well or the technology has changed since then?

Wireless of course, I would use nothing else. It's easier to maneuver, the wired is too cumbersum

I have a regular mouse and not much things to put aside so I love it being so. No problem for me. On the other hand I hate buying batteries so I am not going to have a wireless one soon. Thanks for giving me this information, I didn't know about it. *_*

I have a regular optical USB mouse and it works fine. No problems except like others have mentioned, things getting in the way of the wire is quite annoying. I have used a wireless mouse on my friend's computer and it works fine except it the batteries tend to run out quite fast and it is a nuisance to keep changing the batteries all the time.

A wireless mouse is great for your everyday applications, I had a Logitech optical, but gave it to my grandson, I am a online gamer and that kills the batteries and the response time is too slow so I bought a wired Centrios X7 gamer mouse it has extra high-speed engine with five DPI shift to speed up or slow down. The unit has a separate button to change the speed as the scroll down button changes the colours between shifts. A little pricy $ 80.00 CDN but worth every penny to me

Buy some good rechargables, duracell make good ones, and you can get a mouse that has a little holder for your mouse that recharges it when your not using it.

Word of advice..smoking is harmful to computers, really. the acids and toxins will degrade circuitry on the motherboard. Also the sticky tar makes for a great accumulation of dust that is hard to remove without some type of cleaning product { which is also harmful to computers } http://norpas.com
