Problems with wordlinx

I am having problems with many gpt sites today: Hits4pay, dealsncash and now wordlinx. I typed correctly my username and password, and then the security question... Well, it tells me: Your answer to the security question is incorrect, please try again. I try again and again but I get the same answer. My answers are correct. I know how to add 5+3, 9+9, ... Do you get this same problem sometimes? How do you resolve it?
