I'm getting so sick and tired of my "Internet" icon that I had to post this!

The picture for the My Lot "Internet" interest (for me at least) happens to be some cartoon guy sitting at a keyboard typing. He gets so frustrated that he bangs his head on the computer and ends up a bloody mess. I can see it out of the corner of my eye as I am typing this and it's very disturbing. I think the picture was different before, something more peaceful. But, now it's just plain weird. Does anyone know how I can get rid of the image and replace it with something more people friendly?

I don't know if we can change those or not. It shows up on my computer as well. I don't like it. That would never pass on a TV show without warning about terrible violence. You are right, it is disturbing.

I am SO glad that you asked this question, and also relieved to find that I am not the only one that is bothered by that icon. there was a user once that had it as their user icon... I liked the users posts and thoughts but I found that icon so disturbing I could not bring myself to accept the user as a "friend" I think it is awfully disturbing and distasteful and regret that mylot permits such horrid graphics, there is nothing remotely funny about it. it is gore and had to be created by a twisted and demented mind.

I think the picture is neat, I don't know when it was upload, I saw it a few day ago but I was not posting much on mylot, I agree with you about this picture is disturbing and disgusting, I changed it after read the answers on your post. now I have a Russian helicopter set up, I don't know how a Russian helicopter tie with Internet but I liked this picture so I just set up it. I don't know how they set up the picture for the interests and if they have some kind of control on it.
