"I always...." "I never...." Sometimes there is a lot to be gained by taking a look within. Sometimes if you stop to think about what you "always" or "never" do, or what you think you always or never do, you can break out of ruts. Life is something that we are living every day. We do not have to get stuck in our old patterns and habits. Every day can be a new beginning. What do you think about this?

I agree with you one hundred percent that most of us need to break out of ruts. Each day should bring joy and we should all live life to the fullest each day as we are not guaranteed a tomorrow! I think I will attempt to do something new/different each day...even if it is to take a different route to work or something! As for your questions, I always wear my seatbelt. (I won't change that one!) I never listen to all that a telemarketer has to say, I interrupt and say, "No thank you."

I always remember the quote that the definition of insanity is to do the same things over and over and expect different results. I like your always and never and I appreciate your response!

I hope that things really aren't as dire as this makes them sound. You do have the ability to choose happiness, and I hope that you will! Thank you for responding.
