Iraq wins Asian Cup

I was really impressed with the quality of football that they played - not the defensive kind that Greece played to win the Euro awhile back, but exciting, attacking football. They deserved it!

funny cuz iran won the west asian cup, beating iraq and Saudi Arabia... the best teams in asia are japan and iran.. i guess that is the randomness of soccer right there.

I watched the whole live broadcast last night.Persistence,compentence and team work spirit led to the victory which gave us a big surprise.Without the endorsement of the Irap people,Irap national team could not won the game .Though Irap is in a great mess now and it had experienced war and exchagement of government ,they do not give up and struggle for their goal.How much I envy them .Irap's victory conforms to the word'Success is how high when you hit the bottom'

i was watching the finals between saudi arabia and iraq.. i must say.. well done iraq. they displayed the bulldog spirit right from the beginning. However, it was unfortunate to hear of bombings during their celebrations in iraq. Even though, the middle east teams did very in this competition, i must say it would be hard for the their players to break into the european club football where most of the world's best players are there. Politics do play a big part in football.

i think iraq team soocer VS american team soccer, iraq can will win than american because not war but iraq win in soccer....
