Have you been in the work force about 22 years?

You are right, and my boss is only about 2 or 3 years younger than me, but it seems like there must be a generation gap right there. People can be 6 months younger than me and it seems like they are in a different world. I think people need to respect you in order to gain your respect. I am a manager right now and I know my only employee under me (who is 11 years younger than I) respects me, but I still haven't figured out what it is, but I really don't like being a manager. But I also don't like working under other people. So I guess I have to figure out how to make enough money on the internet so I don't have to work....LOL
