Why is it encouraged and considered a time honored thing for kids to have a lemonaide stand but having one for candy is not allowed. When I was a kid a friend and I set up a stand and sold candy, but after a fews days a policeman showed up and shut us down. So whay is lemonaide O'K and candy isn't? Who knows I might have grown up to be a business tycoon if not for that unhappy experience. It wasn't like we were competing with any nearby store because the nearest store was many miles away. We had it at his house which was the last house on a dead end street, so we didn't even get that much traffic going by and there were not even a lot of neighbors. So what do you think? Was that fair or unfair?
