Breast pumps in hospitals and drs offices

Don't you think hospitals and doctors offices should let you borrow a breast pump to use to start labor? If you are at the hospital and they want to induce labor instead of using pitocin dont you think they should offer for you to use one of their breast pumps. They could also save the milk that is pumped for when baby arrives and mother is unable to breastfeed. Wouldn't this also increase a mothers milk supply and encourage a mother to breastfeed more.
