Do you drink freshly squeezed orange juice or do you buy it in supermarkets?

Do you find the same benefits from the packed one as present in the fresh squeezed orange juice?

nope i don't find it similar. The natural juice doesn't contain any chemical except the juice of the orange. But the artifical product contains lots of chemical products and acids for tastes.

I buy it at the supermarket - it's not easy to get good oranges all year round where I live.
