Do you find it annoying when ur pet just jumps and sits on ur sofa or bed...or leave their fur on them..

I have a new puppy and he thinks he can get on the furniture anytime he wants..I won't allow it....I want him to learn young and not to do it,than he is a grown dog...I am 8 months pregnant and don't want a dog on the couch, especially after the baby comes...and I have it on the couch with me..I don't need to worry, that the dog will jump on top of her...

My dog was five months old when my daughter was born. She was still allowed up on thge lounges. She thought she was the mother of my baby. My daughter grew up loving dogs, & all animals.

They absolutely do take over the furntiure. I am reffering to the cats. The sleep on our beds & on the lounge chairs mainly. This is especially in winter when they can cuddle up & get warm & cosy. I don't worry about the fur on the lounge, although I brush the fuir off the bed every now & then. One cat scratches the lounge & has nearly destroyed the side if it.
