What Does myLot Do to Promote myLot site?

I wonder if myLot is doing enough to promote its site or it has left the job of promoting this site just to its members. Mylot is one of several post to forum sites. I see other sites actively promoting their sites in different ways and keeping the attention of its members. Unfortunately I have not see any promotion on the part of myLot. There does not seem to be much excitement over myLot any more now especially because of very low payments. I have seen that while other site owners pay about 10 cents per post, myLot has gone down to 1 or 2 cents per post. With this amount of payment, obviously many members just forget about myLot and do not return. As on date I have 10 referrals and all of them are dormant. I think 6 or 7 of them never posted anything on this site. I would expect myLot to send them messages and get them back on myLot site.
