Hot or cold?

I was wondering which helps you burn more calories, being hot or cold? I mean if you are hot, you are like a furnace burning fuel. If you are cold you need to burn fuel to get warm. So which do you think is more effective for weight loss, being hot or being cold?

Well they say sweating burns calories- that being sweaty and working up a good sweat is the way to burn calories and therefore lose weight- so I’d have to say hot- but then again when I’m cold I run around in order to get warm and that burns calories also- : ) I’d still say being hot and sweating!
