My favorite part of the day with my little man

Little Man and Me - As he fell fast asleep I was able to give him a little kiss on the tip of his nose. The only time of day that he lays still!

I love my little guy so much. He's starting to become a toddler and during the day when you hold him he just likes to move and twist and shake-- and you can hardly get any hugs or kisses. He still likes to be rocked to sleep at night and let me tell you, I'm sucking up all of the time I have left of these nightly rockings. It's the best time in the world because I can hug him and kiss him and he can't get away! LOL While he's asleep I always talk to him and in his dreams he smiles at me and it lets me know that he feels safe. Do you have a favorite time to spend with your baby/toddler? When is it?

awwwwww...I can just see the two of you...How wonderful.. These moments don't last long...As you know my grandsons are my pride and joy..When we are together they will always sit on my lap and give me hugs and kisses..the 3 year old will lick my cheek..then we laugh uncontrollably because he is just so funny..At night when they sleep they have to be touching me..The first thing the 3 yr. old says when he wakes up is, "Grama"...and comes over and squeezes my face and says, "Wake up, grama." and gives me tons of kisses...they are so precious...thank you for sharing with us...your little one is very beautiful...Just like his mommy...

Awww thank you :) I keep getting so sappy because I keep thinking of how small he was when born (1 pound 11 ounces) and how much he has turned into a big boy over the last year. He changed my life and attitude on things that's for sure. He will always be my little hero :) Thank you for sharing about your grandchildren, they sound so adorable!

everyday is the best day together for both of us. he's 2 and very adorable. even if i'm angry he always finds a way to make me laugh and just forget my frustrations. He's a real blessing for me. I never thought that I deserve to have him. Would you believe that I almost gave him away before when I was struggling for my life. I hated myself to have that kind of decision before and right now I'm just making it all up to him. Good thing, I still got my baby. I woudn't forgive myself if ever someone took him away before but I've learned my lesson and right now I'm very thankful I have him. :)

I cherish everyday with my son too. You sound like a great mother and I'm so glad you made the decision to keep your child. Children definitely change your life and I think for the better. You made the right decisions for you and your kid. Good luck to you and I wish you all of the best!!

i am a mother of three, and i like you loved when they were sleep and they just look so at peace. you can get those hugs in and some advice that might sink in for later years. but i love when they discover something new. the looks on those little faces are so priceless. i am honored to be a mother.

Oh yeah, I know what you mean about the looks. My son is starting to really learn how toys and things work and he gets so happy and proud when he makes something work. He has so many expressions, and I love them all to pieces ;)

Hi, its nice to see you with your child and happy at that too. And as he grows you will be able to see more of his twists and turns and what a delight they bring into our little world. Yes we bear them up and bring them up with so much of pains and joys all together, but thats why we are parents and care and love and nurture them so much too. My favourite passtime with my kids, who now are no more toddlers is to see them grow as time has passed by, each day face their queries and new challenges, each day is different, so life is just living each second as it comes, to its fullest !

I don't have a baby or a toddler, but I do have two cats and a dog, and i love spending all day with them. I love it when the cats climb into my lap while I'm working on the computer, and when the dog climbs up onto the bed while I'm watching Tv. I don't have kids, but I do have pets.

Awww, brings back my own memories reading that. Well my kids aren't babies anymore. They're 8, 5 and 4. I miss those times when I could hold them in my arms like that and rock them to sleep. Now the only time I do that is when we're playing around or they are asleep and I go in their rooms to check on them at night and kiss them all over their little faces, since they think mommy's nuts doing that when they're awake, lol. My favorite time with them is everyday I try and make a couple of hours just for them and we all get together and make some kind of craft, color, or watch a special movie and just have snacks and relax with them. They love it and I love it just as well because they love spending time with me and it makes me feel good to see they're having fun.

Me and my kiddos - Who aren't very little anymore. *sniff, sniff*
I miss those baby days a little but I love being able to run around and play with them.
Well my baby is definitely a toddler and my other baby is already a preschooler...lol. I can't believe how fast they have grown up. Then again I can't remember time without them. My favorite time is watching my daughter go down to wake my son from nap. Just watching them interact is so awesome. I also love sitting on the couch reading to them both or when we play wrestle on the floor. Mostly tickling and laughing. *sigh* I could go on all day. I love my kids so much!
