what food should i avoid?? whats the better cure for arthritis???

its been two long weeks and i can still feel pain on my left foot...now the pain reached my left knee. i'm taking allopurinol to lower my uric acid and i'm taking diclofenac potassium to lessen the pain. ...is there a better medicine that i can take? instead of what i am taking right now? i lost my list of foods that i should avoid. i live on my own. my girlfriend is at their province and i cant walk like normal people right now. i cant go to the hospital. i live by eating foods that are delivered. HELP is what i need.
