do you feel numb?

After long hours butted with/on mylot don't you feel numb at your fingers or thigh? If so, what will you do for relief?

it means you have to stop what you are doing in front of the computer and feel relax. do some kind of stretching and hand exercisises. walk a while around the house and get fresher air outside. other options may be take a rest and lie down in bed and take a nap. muscles of the hands and fingers and legs are getting tired so they need rest too. i think this would help relieve numbness of your fingers and thighs.

i will have a rest,for example ,i will eat ice cream and go for a walk in the living room..or i will listen to music to relax...
