how can i use mylot toolbar?

yestoday,i downloaded the mylot toolbar.but i could not find the logo of it on my desktop.so i searched it in my computer.when i found the folder of it,i could not find the .exe document.so i want to know, is there anybody has download it? what is the use of mylot toolbar? and how can i use it?thanks.
