I don't know with you my friends, but I do read long discussions before, but now I don't. I suddenly feel tired of reading long posts here in myLot. I hope I'm not missing on great dicussions though.

If the initial few lines of a discussion interest me, then I continue till the last. The length of the post is not always indicative of the quality of its contents. I have come across great one-liners which have initiated intelligent discussions and equally intelligent responses. But some long posts are really nice. I have come across strange experiences of people of all ages and cultures and have come to know to things, which were beyond my expectations and imagination. I also read responses by other people, I like them a lot.

yes i agree with whyaskq it's about the quality of the discussion presented. If it's good then why not spare some time reading it but most of mylotter i encountered are here for earning purpose so they don't respect others discussion pardom me if i am mistaken. Mylot is so interesting we learn may things here so do we get to know each others view in a particular discussion so try to get as much as information as one can get !!!!!thank you and take care!!:-)

I am not averse to lengthy discussions provided those would suffice my likes and interests. I will read every single word if the topic is of an acceptable nature. I would go for topics that are difficult to grasp or are in anyway understandable.Happy posting.

It depends on the discussion presentation. I do read long discussion if it is presented orderly and easy to read. In my opinion, if it is long and paragraphed appropriately, it means the poster has put in effort to ensure quality in the discussion. I will support him and read the discussion before deciding if there is anything I can contribute.

Hi,Ricko82! I believe that long discussions are difficult to the users whose English are poor, for instance, reading long discussions is not easy for me because my mother tongue isn't English. However,I will stick to reading the long discussions,I can learn more from them.

Usually speaking, if the topic is funny and catches my eyes, I don't care about how long it is. But it is better not to have a long one. I prefer to read short and brief ones.

If it attracts my attention, I read it. I then relay my view about the topic, give my best to express what I feel about the subject and provide some pointers also. I think that these shouldn't depend on what other's think, no if's or but's, because this is what this site is all about. I love reading posts, comments and response. I can't just picture myself posting without even reading or understanding the whole topic at all, as that will just mean that I am only posting for the money and not for the sake of conversing..

In all honesty, Rick, about the only discussions I don't read are when I see that they are about other pay site. I'm barely making it here enough to make it worth my time, I can't immagine trying to make $$ on 2 sites!

if the long discussions are very interesting,i will read them to the end.but some long discussions are boring, such as some are full of data.i don't know why the starter put them on mylot.are they because of the rule of mylot?can longer discussions make more earnings?in fact i like the long story the starter told us,but not too long.if we want to red long articles,we will go to someone's blog.
