my wieght is 94 and i am overwieght and fighting hard to reduce.... what about you people?

94 lbs or what? how old are you? well, if you are 94kgs then it is depend on how tall are you and how old are you?... if you are healthy then you dont need to loose weight....

My weight is under constant check and I weigh 75 kgs and I have maintained it for the last 10 years. I am on diet and I do exercises for 1 hour.

My weight is 90 kg.Iam over weight by 20 kg. Now Iam under Ayurvedic medicine to reduce my weight.

I weigh 160 and the doctors tell me i am right where i should be for my hight and age thankfully.
