talk on your cell while driving your vehical? I have seen so many accidents from people talking on cell phones while driving. They passed a law in my town that if you were talking on a cell phonew while driving and got into an accident it was your fault and you get the ticket plus added charges for using your cell phone. They can somehow find out the last time you were talking on it other then the 911 call for the emergency crew. The extra fees are any wheres from $50 to $200 depending on if it was your first offence. After three times they give you jail time. hugs

I used to as well, I am not innocent in this. But ever since the number of accidents because of it has risen and the fact that I've seen first-hand what people are capable of not seeing when they are not paying attention, I have not driven with my phone at all. If I need to answer it, I will pull over or find somewhere to stop and get out of the car to speak on the phone; I have a Bluetooth headset but still prefer not to talk at all.

I used to talk on my cellphone all the time when I had an Auto. But now that i have gotten a different car and its standard it is very difficult to talk on the phone shift and steer all at the same time.
