Rupert Murdock who owns the Fox nework and News channel as well as some tabloid newspapers would like to buy the Wall Street Journal, the premire financial news paper. If you were considering sell the WSJ would you sell to him?

True but I cant help but feel that the venerable old WSJ will not be the same once Mr. Murdoch gets control.

I believe the Murdock and WallStreet Journal is already a done deal except for some minor details. What I find disturbing is one man having so much media power . We've all witness the onesided news on FOX .Image that sort of influence in the financial print as well.

I'm afraid you are right. I worry about the integrety of the WSJ if this work to happen. I have read this paper for years off and on and always found it reliable and factual. You really raise a big issue with the fact about control. And I agree with you that Fox news channel is anything but "fair and balanced." I wonder where this will ultimately end because if you notice how many companies are being gobbled up? Disney owns ABC and ATT is now just about back to owning most of the "Bells". I am wary of Murdock and his intended hold on news. Thanks!
