Help...I need to learn political correctness...

Our new boss is one of these new age guys and we should all sit around in a circle and tell each other our feelings or something bizarre like that. Anyhow we now have a strict political correctness, zero tolerance thing happening and as hard as we try after all these years of being allowed to be ourselves we are having a tough time with it. I need help with some good words to replace my favorite words and phrases because freakin heck I am having a poop of a time!

My favorite replacement words usually now come from the Farscape. Look up Farscape slang sometime---its a hoot. Here's some examples.
Dren - replaces solid excrement. I.e. What Dren! That's Dren.
Hezmana - replaces cold day in _____. i.e. What the Hezmana are you doing?!
Trelk - one of questionable morals. i.e. She's dressed like a trelk!
Farbot - Crazy as hell. i.e. Have you gone completely Farbot on me?
