bat removal

moved into this house in april. bats in the attic. we have been working with a bat guy, he has been putting in doors, sealing cracks, etc. he guarantees his work, he comes back, but there was a bat in our bdrm sunday morning. we have been working with him for 3 months. i am running out of patience. is this normal? how long do i give him? bats need to go, soon. any input appreciated
