i have heard people say they got paid and some say they havent....i need to know..

I tried it a few months ago. I "earned" 23.00. The payout is 50.00. The next time I tried to log in, it didn't recognize me. I emailed support more than a month ago and got no response. So, I vote for scam. It seemed too easy to be true. And I guess it is.
