After doing fieldwork and when I went back to the office, I've known that one of my officemates (and a college friend) is resigning from work weeks from now. *Huuuwaaat?!?!* Though I was already expecting her to resign (because I usually caught her looking at job sites and job ads on newspapers), I never just thought that she would resign this EARLY. ****

Hi sr0415! I haven't any shocking revelations lately and not at this moment. i have just started my day 2 hours ago and hopefully the only shocking revelation I would want to hear is something really good or great like winning the lottery! LOL. Have a nice day!

Revelations can occur at many different and unexpected times during our life. I had one the other day while sitting in a long line at the Taco Bell. I started to look around and realize how hard it would be without the gift of sight. I work with many patients that are losing their sight or have already done so, and you wonder how they can do anything after that. It would be so hard to walk around, get from place to place, and even eat. It was weird to think of losing my sight in an accident, through disease, or with old age. I was happy to be looking around and felt blessed to still have my sight and even blessed to be born with the ability to see.

Hi jerrybearjr! :) The gift of sight is really a precious one. (",) I wear glasses because I am near-sighted. Do you know that I fear that one day I might lose my sight? *waaaah* I hope that won't happen. take care and God bless! (",)

I am sorry to hear that about your friends and I hope you still get to talk to her when she is gone somewhere else.
