hi guys!!! pinoys out there can you help me here please, my cousin is asking me about philippines constitution, the first and second article of 1987 constitution. please can you help me here, respond what it is? thanks really, this is a big help on me. if you just know.

or you can purchase isagani cruz's political law book or consitutional law.. it has a comprehensive coverage of the constitution yet simple and basic enough to read.. it's about P700 now.. for high school students, hector de leon's philippine constitution is enough.

tell your cousin to look for hector de leon's book on philippine constitution at the library or get your own copy. i think its around 320 pesos
