Yesterday afternoon, like before I was playing a while with my boy. It was his bath time so I wanted to take him upstairs. I was holding him with my 2 hand and walked thru the stairs while playing with him. Suddenly one of my slippers stumbled over the stair and fell down. Fortunately my left hand hold his body in front of him and my elbow reached the ground first. He was fine and didnt hurt at all. He also didnt get shocked and cried. Thank God. I was kinda relief eventhough my elbow kinda hurt. The most thing that nothing happened to him.

I've fallen down the stairs a few times and while holding my son he was fine but a little shooken up but I came out with bruises.... My partner fell once too and he coped it bad he had cuts and mega bruising as he hit on the side squirt of the stairs..... Stairs can be dangerous I hated them when my son first learnt to walk I had to block them off......

My baby has a walker but fortunately I don't have stairs! Them things are quite dangerous though, If your not watching them very close while there in it. She has a baby einstien sit in thing that doesn't move she loves that and its so much safer. She just steps back and forth in it.

I had the same sort of thing happen to me one day. It was my birthday and my husband took me to McDonalds for dinner with our kids. As we were leaving it was raining. I was carrying my four month old son and when I went down the stairs they were slippery, the next thing I knew I had slipped and fallen down the stairs with my baby. I freaked out because my baby was screaming. I was looking all over him for a mark or a cut because I thought he was hurt, luckily he wasn't it just scared him. My husband went back in to complain and they didn't even ask if we needed an ambulance or any help. They actually acted like they didn't care. Luckily we were both fine, but it really gave us both a scare. I had the same as you, a sore elbow and a sore bum, lol!
I am glad that you and your son was alright. It's must have really scared you both. I know how you feel.

You also had bad experience with your baby. And I cant get it how they didnt even care for their customers who had an accident in front of their restaurant. Thats not right.
But thank God you both were ok.
It was scary for us. My heart stopped for a while when this happened. It will be better us who fell then our babies right?
Thanks for your concern. :)

Things like that have happened to me a couple of times and It upsets me because I think about "what if.." and it just makes me be on point and extremely careful but still i realize you can't prevent everything we can just do our best!
