everywhere in the world experience poverty in life.after graduating college many people are competing in one position of the company so that they will have a job and give the needs of their family or dependents and one thing many are employed because of the financial crisis that they experience.as a employee you have amny things to consider.like the relationship with your boss and co worker, you'll be dealing with different kind of attitudes in the environment where you work.being as an employee your task is bigger than you,because as an employee you must do a multi-tasking works,like the computers you can process many programs as you can but if the machine is processing too many the tendency it might be too slow.as an employee you are dealing in many knids of task that is given to you but your salary i not increasing if that happen some might be lazy to do tasks because it is not fair to employee and he/she is only receiving a minimum salary but there's too many task to be done.if that happen the company may work to slo too because of the pending task of other employee that they don't do because of the unfair policy.some of the people are happy on what they do some are not.most of the employed people are not satisfied on their life especially in their salary because they usually experinced the shortage and it didn't meet their needs.most of the employed people are forced to stay long in the service because they don't have choice they sacrifice a lot for them to support their family and dependents.Employment will help you to grow in many ways because as you work you will learn to do many things but employment will not do anything for you that's why im not satisfied to be an employee forever.im not against in employmentwhat im trying to say is you need to do anything for you and others don't be satisfied as an employee in one company although it help you but you need to be resourceful and grab the opportunity if you have a great thing that will come to your life,and be resorceful too on how to earn and in helping your family.
