Do you people have sound sleep at nights ?

Do you people have sound sleep at nights ? As for me i rarely get a sound sleep. At times i would get up in the middle of the night and watch television, sit on the net, read some books etc. What about you people ?

Once I fall asleep I am sleeping.. Sometimes I fall into a deep sleep and when that happens I wake up with a headache and than I know I was sleeping soundly.. I have never gotten up though for anything normally I sleep right threw though when I am sick and not feeling well than sometimes I do..

Not me, I usually wake up to go to the toilet 3 or 4 times a night. It drives me crazy. I say to my husband that I might as well be pregnant with the amount of times I have to go, lol!
