This is a recipe for lemon garlic chicken
1 chicken cup up, or a package od chicken lehs and thighs
I a bowl mix togethe about 12 cup of lemon juice 2-3 tbsp olive or regular oil,2 cloves of garlic chopped up, whip together. Pour over chicken. Sprincle chicken well with salt, a bit of oregano and a dash of pepper.
Put this in a prheated 450 degree oven. After 20 minutes baste turn heat down and add 2 potato cut into chunks about an inch or so, I like to salt these a bit before adding, tun heat down to 350, cook for anothe 45 minutes or so till skin is brown chicen is done and potaos a soft and soaked in the delish gravy. Serve. Dont baste too much if you like a nice crisp skin, if not you can baste more often.

Well you can also try something new, easier to perpare and delicious!;) I suggest CPA(Chicken/Pork ADOBO), a dish originally from our country. You can also make your adobo minus the pork, if you're not used to eating them.
To prepare, clean and cut your chicken dirst according to your desired size. Chop garlic cloves, atleast three of them or depending on how you'd like them to be and also not to forget to chop one medium-sized onion. Mix all of them on pan, put in 2 laurel/bay leaf, add a cup of soy saucs and half a cup of vinegar.
Put stove in high heat, wait till the adobo boils and reduce heat to low tempertaure. Let it simmer, stir ocassionally to have a balanced texture and distribute the taste. Remove from fire, when chicken is cooked.
