Grading and Renumeration

How does myLot grade our write ups and how do they fix our payment. I feel that the country also biases the minds of our esteemed friends. Poor country, poor payouts. I read that two or three writeups and .30 cents, whereas for m e, it is around 1 cent. Can someone help me understand.
