Honestly do you help handicapped and disabled people?

Regardless of if they are handicapped or not, I will help anyone who looks like they need it. I think sometimes people who have disabilities are not looking for help though and it might annoy them if people take pity and try to help where they are not needed. Since that is the case sometimes, I will always ask if someone wants my help. If they say yes, then I help. If they say no, then I leave them alone.

If the nature calls for it then yes. I do not mind helping out anyone that needs it at all because I like to help people.
