Let's talk about language and dialects..

What langauge and dialects that you could use to speak and write? How many of them that you could use to speak? How many of them that you could use to write? From what country are those langauge/dialect? Me I could talk and write Filipino, English and some Spanish. How bout you?

My native tongue is Filipino/Tagalog.
I speak English well, too (American and British).
I can speak very little Ilocano (dialect of Region 1 in the Philippines).
I'm currently studying French. It's fun!

I am from China and there are quite a lot of dialects in my country. The main language in my country is Mandarin. So if you know Mandarin, that means to say you can go around China without problems.
I am from Guangzhou, so besides Mandarin, my language is Cantonese. I also know English and a little bit French.
