Well we thought Direct tv was taking our money over 700$ but come to find out the bank said it was Dish Network. I Have NEVER had dish network so how did they get my card number?? Well my husband called dish network and after 40 min of bull s*** a lady finaly slipped up and said "so and so" used your card to order dish service!! HOW THE.....Im so mad. My husband is going to file a report with the police. This lady lives in our town. I have never meet her. I cant believe she got my number. Well dish said to send our info and they will put back all the money she took. And the bank said they wont charge us. Im glad about that. I hope this lady gets into big trouble over this!!! I will update when I know more. Thanx for listening!!

Are you serious? How on earth do they get away with this? I would be so mad if I were you, I reckon I would have gone around to that persons house and given them a piece of my mind! How did they get your credit card details? I would be taking this further if there is any possible way, I would go to the police and be finding out what I could charge her with, I wonder how many other people she has done this to?!

I was ready to go talk to every one involved but my husband told me I couldnt. Bummer...I wanted to let her know how I felt about the situation!!! We are going to talk to the police and see what they can do for us. Dish is taking care of the problem and we dont have to pay anything.

I know how you feel. Someone got my paypal account pasword and since my bank account is on my paypal they were able to make small charges to my bank account and made our account bounce really bad. When we finally caught it the bank had taken over $600 in over draft fees alone. Well we reported it and we were able to get ALL of our money back in time to pay our rent. Luckily our landlord gave us time to get it resolved without getting too far behind and didnt have to pay the late fee. I really hope it all works out for you as it did for me.

It is just crazy how easy it is for someone to just use people identies and money. There should be strict punishment for those who do this because it is ruining good peoples credit. My hubby had someone by a laptop from eBay using his paypal one time. He got an email saying that the money was transferred and the laptop was on its way. Well he never bought a laptop. He talked to the paypal, eBay and bank people to straighten it all out. I guess someone kept trying to get his password and eventually did. He got his money back within a few days. I hope that they catch the woman who did this to you guys. I just hope that she is not doing this to others.

That is just plain scary. I'll be very interested to see how it all turns out, especially what type of charges are filed against that woman. She should be charged with some type of fraud at least.

How did she get your information? They will probably charge her with theft by deception...This is very serious and I just don't understand why people think they can get away with it...good luck, and keep us posted.
