friendship seems to be a holy grail of the time that we live in . When I was a kid the ties of friendship and people together for a lifetime . Nowadays it seems that before you can hire nice pretty bow in them the ties that bind our lives are severed . With all of the stress that we face every single day a rule and true friend can be an invaluable commodity . Have we run out of time to be friends ? Or is the world's is moving so fast that we failed to make the connections to day that have the strength of the friendships of days past . What do you think ?

It is a hectic pace nowadays ..nobody is bothered about anyone , no matter one who is very close to you . The money factor has gained importance over everything ..that is the order of the present day existence. FRIENDS.. RELATIVES.. ACQUAINTANCES... even your wife and children - all relationships are founded on the money ..the factor which has gained utmost importance in our life . Bad ...yet true.

That is very true! Sometimes it does seem like everyone is just about the money. I mylsef have fallen into this thinking of money is everything. But then again I don't have many friends to hang out with.

with the cost of everything having risen how can we possibly think of anything else? That's a price you pay for your modern conveniences and your lifestyle. It is not money that is the root of all evil it is instead the love of money which is the root of all evil.

Yeah I think so. Not just that we are busy. But in my city everything is so boring. And no one does anything anymore. It is jut so strange to me sometimes. But I don;t know why there is no tim for friends anymore. I agree it's about the money, but it's more than that sometimes. Well I am off to lunch.

I don't know about whether or not it is money that is the cause of the loss of friendship. Yes I two have friends who are mooches and they just hang around trying to get money on things from you. Those are not the kind of friends that you want in your life anyway. My friends though there are few are happy to take me anyway that they can get me.

I think its common for people who in a way lost touch with friends because of the busy world. I admit i don't have communication with my friends since i have a relationship and been nusy with family work and money making deals. Its ok to be this way as long as you cherish your friend even if we don't see each other anymore. Like my best friend whom i see very christmas, what matter is they are near at heart.

The day to day events of our lives families, making money, relationships, and distance and sever the ties that bind although we struggle to make the time it seems that there are just not enough hours of the day and so friendships suffers and we are truly made poorer by this.
