Well I guess to continue the roll I've been on, with the development of my crafts site, and having articles and short stories published, I'm now finally venturing out into selling on e-Bay. The two items I'm selling are not on my crafts site...hehe--but are my Nordic Rune Symbol necklace that I make and my completely hand-crafted and stitched suede pouch...If you like a link to it, please e-mail me...hehe Oh and wish me luck that I sell them!! I have a picture here of my suede pouch

I admire you! You seem to be on your way to realizing your dreams. I bet this is one of your great accomplishments. Small as others may see it, I do believe that great things come from small packages. I know I cannot be of much help to you, but I sincerely pray that you do have a lot of clients & more so, buyers for your products. On a personal note, I also am into writing romance novels as a hobby. I have submitted one novel to a local publishing house about a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, my story did not meet their standards. Anyway, I'm not giving up on this. I still consider writing as one of my loves. Again, lots of good luck and God bless.

Hey--don't give up in trying to get your work published...you have to keep at it...we "artists" tend to get used to rejections after awhile..not fun, but if one keeps at it long enough one does prevail!! So hope to see your novel published soon --good luck to you too!!

Goodluck with your Ebay selling it can be a lot of fun ...when you are selling but it can become very depressing when things don't sell and you still have to pay the listing fees, so I wish you well and I hope you sell everything you put up...

The pouch is rather small to be honest...about 3-1/2 inches by 3 inches for the pouch part, and with the fringe makes it about 7-1/2 inches long total--so a bit small..right size maybe for the cell phone though

Just logged on...thanks for you support...feeling better now. When I saw you that you are taking the big plunge into marketing your work on the world wide web I just had to say....CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I trust that you will sell your items, but even if you do not the fact that you are walking your talk and taking action will eventually lead to bigger and better things. I know you will let us know how things worked out. Just keep turning up the volume on the Law of Resonance and all good things will come your way. Wishing you every success!!

I've been wanting to sell on e-Bay for a long time actually but never had the "nerve" and at first didn't even understand how to set things up, but they have a tutorial how to do video..so decided..what the heck...nothing ventured, nothing gained--right?

I wish you the best of luck on selling your items on Ebay and will have to let me know if you sell them. I have been thinking about trying to sell some of my artwork on Ebay but have not posted it yet on there. Not sure how well artwork sells on Ebay. I am sure that you will do well and make some money from the items that you made.

Ebay with all it's fees can suck. I just recently opened up my store again on there. I'm trying to get rid of some of my things. Like I've got a BUNCH of Frost Cutlery knives...QVS sucked me in once - and I learned my lesson LOL. I looked you up on there and found your items. I really like the pouch! I will have to think about that one. My mom would LOVE it and Christmas is right around the corner...is that something you make often?

That is a good deal. I didn't know they were running it. It doesn't apply to store items :( The first pic though is always free :) I'm short on funds right now due to the unemployment but if in a month or so you have the material I think I'll buy one. I liked it :)

Well I took advantage of their free offer from July 31 to August 5th one who hasn't sold items at e-bay could post up to three items for free...no fees...even the picture was free... As for the pouch...it's not something I make too often now, since I need to get more suede...I just might have enough for one more pouch but not the same color...think I still have a beautiful turquoise blue--would have to check on that...LOL

Wonderful news : ) I wish you lots of luck with this- I almost think this is the way to go with selling things these days- I know I always look on e-bay first when looking for new craft patterns and crafts before venturing out online to look. So anyways good luck with this and the website!

I have had pretty good luck selling stuff on ebay, but it has all been "flea market" type items. I've never tried to sell any of my work there. I wish you much luck!

Oh, how I love eBay! Personally, I've only ever bought things but I have a girlfriend who started out selling shoes on ebay that she found at thrift stores and garage sales. She is now a PowerSeller! Her husband left his job as a computer tech to work for her - so I know that it can be done. My husband is trying his hand at selling some of his collected toys. He listed one lot of 13 figures and sold it for 300 dollars. You just never know with eBay. You never know who's looking and what their interests might be. I wish you all the best!

I've mainly been a buyer there too, but always in back of my mind I did want to sell...I actually have some old coins that I could sell but didn't see similar one selling for that much there---Yup one never knows what one is looking for...I got some great bargains there myself many times

Good luck to pyewacket! I have been selling stuff on ebay for a couple of months now, I did really well until about 3 weeks ago- it seems to have slowed down at the moment. I've been selling Mobile phone sim cards, Zippo lighters, books and cds. need to get some money saved for christmas, cos it's gonna be really expensive this year! Well anyways good luck, I hope you make lots of money! :0)

keep up the great work you are doing, and good luck selling on ebay.just make sure you put a full detailed description on what you are selling, and a picture, and im sure you will do fine.i have sold alot of items on ebay and you can do a great job,but sometimes when you first list the items it makes you mad because you see everybody elses stuff selling and it makes you wonder, whats wrong with my stuff.dont let it make you discourage if that happens, because eventually if you have a good item it will sell in time.make it eye catching.
