Neat Freak

I have my lawn mowed by my neighbor and his grandson so both of our lawns are done at the same time. I do however take care of my own flowers, but still both of our lawns are neat and attractive. I have three neighbors, one directly across from me, one three houses down and one kitty corner from me that do not take care of their yards and the grass is overgrown and hedges shabby. It kind of bother me that they leave it so the whole area looks messy. Am I being too picky?
